He has big drafty bone, loads of hair, the desirable short back and nice head. He is a Lion King grandson. His dam is from Clononeen lines and his sire is LK Legacy (Luka). We are trail riding him now and he is calm and safe. Hes been out in the mountains and down to the beach, even in the water. He is well mannered and respectful, stands for farrier, loves handling. The trainer was impressed with Ryan's ability to collect and move and commented that his physical ability is well advanced for his age and stage of training. He is at the perfect age to start in any direction you'd like to take. If you'd like the classic Proper Cob, flashy and showy, great for riding or driving, then consider this handsome boy.
Jake is a wonderful gelding. 15.1H Very easy and smooth to ride. Anyone can ride him from the very beginner child rider and up. Hes the kind of horse that you can pull out of pasture saddle up and take out and ride. Will go out on the trail alone or in a group. He is older being 19yrs this year and does require injections for arthritis, but other then that he is very healthy and sound. He would be best suited for the family that wants to have a horse that everyone can ride, or you can take out for friends now and again. He would be a wonderful asset to any lesson program. Doesnt require constant riding, let him sit, then take him out and you have the same horse.
